Casa Tubarao - The best house in Camburi

Casa Tubarão is ideal for 14 guests, located 30 meters from the beach. It has a heated pool in the winter, 5 suites with air conditioning and fans. The living room has a 55” TV with Netflix, Disney, and Globo, and 300 MB Wi-Fi. It offers 2 refrigerators, a private pool, a deck with a barbecue, and 5 parking spaces. Bed linen, towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas are included. We are pet-friendly with a fee of R$ 150 per pet. It is not in a condominium but is very secure. Runs on 220 volts.

The location is extremely secure, with cameras on the streets and a guard patrolling the block from 10 PM to 6 AM. Guests have access to all rooms except for some closets. Check-in and check-out are handled by the caretaker, who does not reside on the property. I am available for assistance via cell phone messages whenever needed.
