The house offers:

• Accommodations: 1 suite and 1 bedroom, both with air conditioning. Each room has 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, ensuring comfort and flexibility.

• Social Area: An open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and Airfryer (no microwave), integrated with a living room featuring cable TV with various channels (not a Smart TV), high-speed internet, and a comfortable hammock on the wall for relaxing.

• Leisure and Convenience: A small, functional barbecue grill, ideal for outdoor moments, parking for 2 cars, and bed linen and towels included for your convenience.

• Special Conditions: We are pet friendly! There is an additional fee of R$100 per pet.
