The house features 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. We are pet-friendly (R$150 fee per pet). Parking for 2 cars, bed linens, and towels included, plus beach chairs, umbrella, and beach service from the condominium. Voltage: 220V.

Inside and on the ground floor are the living rooms and TV, with cable channels and fast Wi-Fi, which is connected to the balcony; there is also the kitchen with several basic utensils and appliances, and a laundry room with a machine on the same floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and 2 suites with double beds, all rooms with air conditioning.
There are also 2 parking spaces and beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the condominium.

CURIOSITY: The name of the house “Jerivá” is in honor of a species of plant typical of the Atlantic Forest region, predominant vegetation along the north coast. Being from the palm tree family, and very present throughout the country, it has a fruit that is very consumed and adored by animals.
